Terms of Service

Last updated September 25, 2026 · Effective July 23, 2026

These terms govern your use of BluPage. By creating an account you agree to them.

These Terms are an agreement between you and BluPage Technologies Inc., Toronto, Ontario (“BluPage,” “we,” “us”).

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, where you practise a regulated profession, remain in good standing with your regulator. You are solely responsible for how you use BluPage in your practice and for compliance with the rules that apply to you (including record-keeping and consent).

Acceptable use

  • Don't use BluPage for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to store.
  • Don't attempt to breach security, access other practitioners' data, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Don't misuse the public booking page (spam, automated abuse).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the client/patient records you enter.

Subscription, trial & pricing

  • BluPage is $25/month (CAD) on a monthly subscription.
  • New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. A payment method is collected at signup; you are not charged during the trial and can cancel anytime before it ends to avoid being billed.
  • After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel anytime through the billing portal in Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • A valid partner referral code entered at checkout applies that partner's standing discount for as long as the subscription remains active. Referral discounts and payouts are subject to our partner terms.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply.
  • If a payment fails, access may be suspended (a paywall) until the payment method is updated.

Your content & our service

You retain ownership of the data you put into BluPage. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. We may improve or change features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes. See the Privacy and Data pages for how data is handled and retained.

Online payments

Online payments are optional and are enabled only when you connect your own Stripe or Square account. When enabled, card payments are processed by the provider you connected, under an agreement between you and that provider, and the funds settle directly with you. BluPage does not receive, hold, or transfer any client funds, charges no fee on any payment, and is not a party to any payment. You are the merchant of record. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, provider fees, and provider account requirements, including identity and bank verification, are solely between you, your provider, and your client. When you issue a refund with your provider, you are responsible for updating the corresponding invoice in BluPage. BluPage records payments reported to it by your provider and is not responsible for any payment the provider fails to report, reports incorrectly, or later reverses. You are responsible for your provider’s terms, for any information the provider collects from your clients at checkout, and for any receipt or communication the provider sends to your clients. BluPage may suspend online payments for an account at any time if required by a provider, by law, or to protect the service.

Intake forms

BluPage provides intake form templates as a convenience. The templates are not legal, clinical, or regulatory advice, and BluPage does not warrant that any template meets the requirements of any regulatory college, insurer, or law that applies to you. You are solely responsible for reviewing each template, enabling or disabling sections, and confirming that the information you collect and the consent you obtain satisfy your professional obligations. You are the custodian of every intake response and are responsible for how it is collected, used, reviewed, and retained. BluPage stores responses on your behalf and does not review them. Electronic signatures and typed names collected through intake forms are provided as a record of the client’s acknowledgement; their sufficiency for any purpose is your responsibility. BluPage is not responsible for any decision you make, or fail to make, based on information a client provides or omits.

Sharing a client record

A practitioner who shares a client’s record with another BluPage practitioner is responsible for having that client’s consent to do so.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

BluPage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a tool to support your practice — it is not a substitute for your professional judgment or your regulatory obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluPage's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct. If any part of this section is held unenforceable, the remainder of this section continues to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BluPage harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service in breach of these Terms or applicable law, the client/patient records you enter, and any unauthorized access to your account or patient records resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials or enable two-factor authentication.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against BluPage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for breaches of confidentiality, security, or intellectual property.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
