Where it lives

Your BluPage data — profiles, clients/patients, appointments, clinical notes, and uploaded files — is stored in Canada in the ca-central-1 region. Billing is handled by Stripe; transactional email by our email provider.

Exporting your data

• You can view and edit your account and client information anytime in the app.
• Reports (revenue, appointments, client activity) export to CSV from the Reports section.
• For a full export of your records, email us and we'll provide your data in a portable format.

What happens if you cancel

• You keep access until the end of your paid period, then the account moves to a read-limited state behind a paywall.
• Subscription and billing records are retained as long as required for legal, tax, and audit purposes.
• Signed clinical records cannot be altered or deleted through the application — corrections are append-only amendments. You have a 90-day grace period from cancellation to export your data; after 90 days, BluPage reserves the right to securely delete all account data, including clinical records.
• Meeting your professional record-retention obligations before your account terminates is your responsibility (retention is the custodian's duty, not a BluPage hosting guarantee). See the Terms and Privacy Policy for the full retention and destruction terms.

Security

Access is scoped per practitioner (row-level security), signed clinical records are systematically restricted at the database level to prevent alteration, and optional two-factor authentication is available in Settings → Security.
