Frequently Asked Questions

How does the free trial work?
Every new subscription starts with a 30-day free trial. You add a payment method at signup but aren't charged during the trial. On day 31 it converts to the $25/month plan automatically — unless you cancel first. You have full access the whole time.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Billing and open the billing portal (powered by Stripe). You can cancel there anytime — during the trial to avoid any charge, or later to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of your current paid period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Clinical records are stored in a Canadian data centre. Upon account cancellation, you are granted a 90-day grace period to export your data. BluPage provides export tools for this purpose. After 90 days, BluPage reserves the right to securely delete all account data, including clinical records. Ensuring compliance with professional retention obligations prior to account termination is strictly your responsibility. See the Data page and the Terms for the full retention and destruction terms.
Is my patients' data private?
Yes. Each practitioner's data is isolated (row-level security), signed clinical notes are immutable, and two-factor authentication is available. For health professions, you remain the custodian of your patients' records under PHIPA — BluPage stores and processes them on your behalf and never uses them for its own purposes, aside from de-identified, aggregated statistics as described in our Privacy Policy.
What’s included in the $25/month plan?
The $25/month plan includes all core scheduling, charting, and management features currently offered. There are no volume caps on standard usage. Optional add-on features that incur per-use third-party costs (such as SMS notifications or AI transcription) may be offered separately.
I have a referral code — what do I do with it?
Enter it at checkout and your partner’s standing discount is applied to your subscription for as long as it stays active.
Which professions is BluPage for?
BluPage is built for massage therapists (RMTs) and physiotherapists first, and works for any appointment-based professional — hairdressers, estheticians, lash & beauty specialists, and more. The app adapts its terminology, seeded services, and whether clinical charting appears based on the profession you choose during setup.
