BluPage for Physiotherapists in Private Practice
Booking, clinical notes and invoicing for the physiotherapist working alone, with records built to the College's documentation standard and a price built for one.

One physio, one system
Physiotherapy software is sold to clinics: multiple treatment rooms, a front desk, a billing department. If you're one physio with a room, a table and a caseload, you're paying for architecture you'll never use. BluPage is built for exactly your situation. It costs $25 a month in Canadian dollars, and the price doesn't change when you get busier.
Booking your patients run themselves
Your patients book from your own page, no account needed, with the earliest available slot one tap away. Confirmations and reminders go out automatically in your name. When a patient cancels, the freed slot shows on your dashboard so you can fill it from your waitlist by hand instead of losing the hour. If you work out of a shared clinic space, the space can have its own page and you keep your own calendar and your own records.
Documentation the College can read
The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario asks you to document consent and to keep records that show what you assessed, what you did and why. BluPage's clinical notes are SOAP notes with a body diagram: mark a finding and it's numbered, and the numbered list under the diagram is your objective section. Sign the note and it locks. Corrections are amendments, dated and attributed, appended beneath the original, which stays exactly as signed. Nobody re-saves a locked note, including us.
Consent to assessment and treatment is captured on the intake form before the first visit and stored against the patient, signed and locked, so the consent conversation the College expects you to document has a record behind it. If a colleague treats the same person, you can share that one record with them, explicitly and by email, and end it whenever you choose; nothing is ever shared with a space or by default.
Intake before the first appointment
New patients get a link in their booking confirmation and complete their history and consent on their phone: pre-filled from the booking, sections you choose, signed by finger or by typed name. If something new comes up in the assessment, you add an addendum; the original stays put. The dashboard flags who hasn't completed theirs.
Invoices, HST and getting paid
Invoices come straight from the appointment with your HST number and rate. Email them, record a payment, or let the patient pay by card through your own Stripe or Square account, with BluPage taking no fee and never holding the money. The dashboard's "collected this week" is the number that matches your bank, not the number of appointments.
The honest gap
BluPage does not do insurance direct billing. Most private-practice physios bill extended health plans directly, and if that's the core of how you get paid, BluPage isn't the right fit yet. We say it here so you find out before you move a caseload, not after. Reminders are email only today. No exercise-program builder, and no multi-practitioner scheduling by design.
Your records, in Canada
Everything is stored in Canada, encrypted, behind two-factor sign-in for anything that touches a patient. You are the custodian under PHIPA; BluPage holds the records for you under a data processing agreement written in plain language. Export everything at any time. Delete the account and it all goes, on a published schedule.
$25 a month, flat
No per-practitioner fee, no tiers, no add-ons for the everyday. The only extras we'd ever charge are things with a real per-use cost, like SMS, at cost.
