BluPage for Registered Massage Therapists
Booking, SOAP notes and invoicing for the RMT who runs their own practice, built to the CMTO's record-keeping standard and priced for one person, not a clinic.

Your practice, not a clinic's software cut down
Most practice software is built for clinics and sold to you by the seat. You pay for scheduling that assumes a front desk, permissions that assume staff, and reports that assume five practitioners. BluPage assumes one: you, your table, and your clients. Everything in it is sized for that, and it costs $25 a month in Canadian dollars, with nothing per practitioner and no tiers to grow into.
Booking that fills the gaps you actually have
Your clients book from your own page, without an account. When they don't care which day, one tap shows them the earliest opening. When someone cancels, the freed slot shows on your dashboard so you can offer it to the client who asked to be squeezed in. Confirmations, reminders and the "we received your request" email go out on their own, in your time zone, from your name. If you rent a room in a shared space, the space can have its own booking page and you keep your own calendar.
Notes that stand up to a records review
Clinical notes in BluPage are SOAP notes with a body diagram. Mark a finding on the diagram and it gets a number; the numbered list beneath it is the note, so a treatment area is never "the left one, near the top." When you sign a note it locks. You cannot edit it afterward, and neither can we. If something needs correcting, you add an amendment: dated, attributed, appended under the original, which stays exactly as you signed it. That is what the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario's record-keeping standard asks for, and it is the part most software gets wrong by letting a note be quietly re-saved.
Every note has a print and PDF path, and every client's record can be exported in full at any time. Your records are yours. BluPage is the software that holds them, and it holds them in Canada. If a colleague treats the same person, you can share that one record with them, explicitly and by email, and end it whenever you choose; nothing is ever shared with a space or by default.
Intake before the first visit
New clients get a link in their booking confirmation and complete their health history and consent on their phone before they arrive: no account, name and contact already filled in, sections you choose, signature by finger or by typing. A submitted intake is locked like a note, with the same dated addenda if something comes up on the table. Your dashboard tells you who still hasn't done theirs.
Invoices with HST done right
Generate the invoice from the appointment, with your registration number and HST at the registered rate, or marked exempt if that's your status. Email it, record cash or e-transfer against it, or let the client pay by card through your own Stripe or Square account: the money goes to you, BluPage takes no fee and never holds it. Receipts for the client, reports for you, and a "collected this week" number on the dashboard that matches your bank.
What BluPage doesn't do yet
No insurance direct billing. If TELUS eClaims is the centre of your practice, BluPage isn't ready for you yet, and we'd rather say so here than after you've moved your clients. Text-message reminders are email-only today. No multi-practitioner scheduling, by design.
Where your data lives
Every record is stored in Canada, encrypted, behind two-factor sign-in for anything that touches a client. Practitioners are the custodians of their own records under PHIPA; BluPage is the provider that holds them for you, and our data processing agreement says so in plain language. Delete your account and everything goes with it, on a schedule you can read.
$25 a month. That's the price.
No per-practitioner charge, no feature tiers, no add-ons for the things a solo RMT needs every day. The only thing we would ever charge extra for is something with a real per-use cost, like SMS, and we'd charge it at cost.
