BluPage

BluPage for Lash Technicians

Fills booked in two taps, patch-test consent on file, client records that remember the map, and card payments with no commission. $25 a month, Canadian.

The public booking page showing the earliest available appointment.

Booking built for fills

Lash work is a two-to-three-week cycle, and the booking page is built for the rebook: clients come back to your link, see the earliest opening in one tap, and book without an account. Confirmations and reminders go out from your name. When someone cancels, the freed slot shows on your dashboard so the client who asked to be squeezed in gets the text from you. Your calendar, your link, no marketplace between you and the client.

Patch tests and consent, signed before the first set

Adhesive reactions are the thing every lash tech worries about and every insurer asks about. BluPage's intake is a short form the client completes on their phone before the first appointment: allergies and sensitivities, recent eye-area procedures, and a signed consent that a patch test may be required and that reactions can occur even with proper products. It's locked when submitted, with dated notes appended if something changes later, and the dashboard shows who hasn't completed theirs. If a client is under 16, the form asks for a parent or guardian's signature.

Client records that remember the set

Each client has a record: contact details, the services they've had and when, notes for next time (the map, the curl, the length, whatever you'd otherwise keep in your phone), and their intake. Aftercare is yours to write and theirs to acknowledge on the form.

Full set plus brow lamination, one appointment

Clients book more than one service as a single appointment, with durations and prices adding up on the calendar and the invoice. The service menu, prices and even your profession label are yours to write.

Rented suite, own business

If you work out of a salon suite or a shared studio, the space can have its own booking page listing everyone in it; your calendar, clients and money stay yours.

Getting paid, no cut

Invoices from the appointment with HST handled for your registration. "Take payment now" at the bed through your own Stripe or Square account, a pay-online link by email, or cash and e-transfer recorded. BluPage takes no fee, holds no money. The client gets an emailed receipt.

What BluPage doesn't do yet

No deposits or no-show fees, which we know matters in lash work and is on the list. Reminders are email only. Nothing for teams.

Your data

Stored in Canada, exportable any time, deleted completely if you leave. Nobody else gets your client list.

$25 a month, flat

Nothing per booking, nothing per client. Extras only for real per-use costs, at cost.

Everything on this page is on the $25/month plan.
