BluPage

BluPage for Independent Hairstylists

Your own booking page, cut-and-colour in one appointment, client records with the allergy notes that matter, and card payments with no commission. $25 a month, Canadian.

The appointment drawer with a cut and a colour added as one booking.

Booking that isn't a marketplace

Most booking apps for stylists are marketplaces: free to start, then a cut of every new client they "sent" you, and a client list that belongs to the platform. BluPage is not a marketplace. It's your booking page, on your link, with your clients in your account. Nobody takes a percentage of a booking, ever. Clients book without creating an account, pick the earliest opening in one tap, and get a confirmation and a reminder from your name.

Cut and colour as one appointment

Clients don't think in single services, so BluPage doesn't either. A client books a cut and a colour together as one appointment; the duration and the price add up on your calendar and on the invoice, line by line, with any discount applied across the lines. Your service menu is yours to build: names, durations, prices, and whatever you call yourself. The profession label on your page is a free-text field, so "Colourist" or "Curl specialist" is fine.

Client records that remember the things that matter

Every client has a record: contact details, what they had done and when, notes for next time, and their intake. The intake is a short form completed on the client's phone before the first visit: allergies and sensitivities, skin medications, recent procedures, and a signed consent that says a patch test may be required before certain services. It's locked on submission, with dated notes appended if something changes. When a client says "I never had a reaction before," you have the form that says otherwise.

Rented chair, own business

If you rent a chair in a shared salon, the salon can have its own booking page listing everyone in it, and you keep your own calendar, your own clients and your own money. Nothing about your client list is visible to the space.

Getting paid

Invoices come from the appointment with HST handled the way your registration requires. Take a card at the chair with "Take payment now" through your own Stripe or Square account, email a pay-online link, or record cash and e-transfer. BluPage takes no fee on any payment and never holds your money. The client gets a receipt by email; you get a "collected this week" number that matches your bank.

What BluPage doesn't do

No deposits or no-show fees yet. Reminders are email only. No team scheduling, on purpose: BluPage is for the stylist who works alone, and it stays cheap because it stays that way.

Your data, your clients

Your client list is yours, exportable any time, stored in Canada, and deleted completely if you close your account. No marketplace has it.

$25 a month, nothing per booking

That's the whole price. The only thing we'd ever add is something with a real per-use cost, like text messages, at cost.

Everything on this page is on the $25/month plan.
