BluPage for Chiropractors Running a Solo Practice
Booking, SOAP notes with a body diagram, informed consent on file, and invoicing, for the chiropractor who works alone and would rather not pay clinic prices.

Built for the chiropractor who is the clinic
Chiropractic practice software assumes associates, a receptionist and a billing workflow with a department behind it. If you're the whole practice, you're the whole cost too, and most of it is for features you'll never open. BluPage is one system for one practitioner, $25 a month in Canadian dollars, and it stays $25.
Booking for a high-visit practice
Chiropractic runs on frequent, short visits, and the booking page is built for that: patients rebook from your page in a few taps, the earliest available slot is one tap away, and freed slots from cancellations surface on your dashboard so a 15-minute gap gets filled rather than lost. Confirmations and reminders go out automatically. Shared-space arrangements work: the space gets a page, you keep your calendar.
Records the College's standard describes
The College of Chiropractors of Ontario's records standard asks for a clinical record that shows the history, the examination, the plan and the informed consent behind it, kept in a form that can't be quietly changed. BluPage's clinical note is a SOAP note with a numbered body diagram: mark a finding, it gets a number, the list under the diagram is the objective section. Sign it and it locks. Amendments are dated, attributed and appended beneath the untouched original. That is the part most software gets wrong, because most software lets a note be overwritten. If a colleague treats the same person, you can share that one record with them, explicitly and by email, and end it whenever you choose; nothing is ever shared with a space or by default.
Informed consent, written and signed
The College requires informed consent that is written and signed by the patient, covering the proposed care, its risks and the alternatives. BluPage's intake form carries the consent paragraph and the signature, completed on the patient's phone before the first visit, locked on submission, with dated addenda if the plan changes. It's on file before the first adjustment, not scribbled after.
Intake before the first visit
New patients get the link in their booking confirmation. History, medications, prior care and consent, on a phone, pre-filled from the booking, sections you choose. The dashboard shows who hasn't done theirs.
Invoices and payment
Invoices generate from the appointment with your HST handling. Email, record cash, or take a card through your own Stripe or Square account at the table with "Take payment now": no BluPage fee, no money held by BluPage.
What BluPage doesn't do yet
No insurance direct billing, and for a chiropractic practice that lives on extended health claims that is the deciding fact, so it's here at the top of the list rather than buried. Email reminders only. No associates or multi-practitioner scheduling, on purpose.
Your data
Stored in Canada, encrypted, two-factor for anything that touches a patient. You are the custodian under PHIPA; BluPage holds the record under a plain-language DPA. Export anything, any time. Deletion is complete and on a published schedule.
$25, flat
No per-practitioner charge, no tiers. Extras only for things with a real per-use cost, at cost.
